1. Content Ownership & Commercial Rights
You retain 100% ownership and full commercial rights to all scripts, hooks, blueprints, and audio/video recordings produced using Attra AI. We claim no intellectual property or royalties over the content you publish to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Meta Ads.
2. Accounts, Credits & Billing
- • Free Trial: New accounts receive promotional credits to test the generation and teleprompter capabilities without a credit card.
- • Subscriptions: Paid tiers (Creator Pro, Agency) renew automatically on a monthly billing cycle. You may cancel at any time directly in your account billing dashboard.
- • Referral Credits: Balance earned via the Creator Referral Program is non-transferable to cash and serves as platform credits to activate or extend subscription tiers.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Attra AI to generate misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful content. Automated scraping, reverse-engineering of prompt architectures, or unauthorized reselling of raw model API endpoints is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
Attra AI provides algorithmic frameworks and retention metrics designed to maximize engagement. However, video performance depends on audience reception and external algorithm dynamics; we do not guarantee specific viewer counts or conversion figures.
